About Our Team
Dr. Joseph Mullaney
Dr. Joseph Mullaney graduated from Grove City College with a BS and subsequently received his Cardiovascular Technologist degree from Fairfax Hospital Cardiovascular Technology Program. He later completed his MD and Diagnostic Radiology residency at the Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Mullaney served as Chief Resident in his fourth year. He holds an Interventional Radiology fellowship from Alexandria Hospital/George Washington University.
Dr. W. Eugene Phillips
Dr. W. Eugene Phillips graduated with a BS from the University of South Florida and his MD from the University of South Florida College of Medicine. His postgraduate training includes an internship in Surgical Pathology at the University of South Florida College of Medicine, a Diagnostic Radiology residency at the Medical College of Georgia, and a Vascular and Interventional Radiology fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina. While not working, Dr. Phillips enjoys fishing, boating, tennis
and golf.
Dr. Colin Dodds
Dr. Colin Dodds earned his BS degree from Washington and Lee University and his MD from University of Medicine and Dentistry New Jersey in Newark, New Jersey. He completed his internship and residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He also completed an Interventional Radiology fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. While not working, Dr. Dodds enjoys fishing, boating, and cooking.
